We want every RUDRILA order to reach you safely and as described. This page explains our current shipping, return and refund process.
Shipping Charges
- Gujarat: ₹70 standard delivery
- Other Indian states: ₹150 standard delivery
Delivery time can vary by destination, courier availability and order preparation requirements.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible at rudrila13@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos or video of the product and packaging so we can review the issue properly.
Returns
Return eligibility is reviewed based on the product condition, order type and applicable law. Please contact RUDRILA before sending any item back. Products sent without prior confirmation may be difficult to identify or process.
Where a return is approved, we will share the return instructions and any applicable return-shipping information with you.
Personalised or Custom Products
Personalised and custom-made products may have limited return or cancellation eligibility once production has begun because they are made specifically for the customer. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification for a custom product.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. The time taken for the amount to appear can depend on Razorpay, the payment method and the customer’s bank or card issuer.
Order Cancellations
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us promptly with your order number. If production, packing or dispatch has already started, cancellation may not always be possible.
