What are RUDRILA products made from?

Material varies by product. Each product page should state the exact material before purchase.

Are 3D-printed products identical?

Small layer lines and minor surface variations can occur naturally in 3D printing. They are not the same as damage or a manufacturing defect.

Are props in photos included?

Only items specifically listed under package contents are included. Styling props are not included unless the product page says so.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Order page with the order details provided at checkout.

Do I need an account to order?

The checkout page shows the checkout options currently enabled for the store. You can also use My Account to manage account details.

How are shipping charges shown?

Where a shipping method is available, the applicable charge and final payable total are shown during checkout. RUDRILA does not publish a fixed delivery-time promise until the applicable service level is verified for the destination.

What payment methods are available?

The checkout page shows the payment methods currently enabled for the store. Do not share card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, OTPs or passwords through email, contact forms or social messages.
